September 19: 5 à 7 with the St. James

Come raise a glass with us for the first event of our 119th season!

This event promises to be a basic training course in how to taste wines and enjoy them.

Among the many different topics that will be covered by our guest speaker, Mr. Cercone, are the role of human intervention in wine-making, a comparaison between “industrial” and “non interventionist” wines, the use of pesticides in the vineyard, the use of sulfites in preserving wines, etc.

Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed with a glass of wine. Light refreshments will be served following the presentation.
