Sébastien Dallaire, President of Ipsos in Quebec, will provide his analysis of the key public opinion trends observed during the 2018 electoral campaign and discuss the accuracy of the final results.

Sébastien will also discuss the lessons learned regarding the polling methodology used during the campaign, as well as what the final results mean for the new government as it tries to live up to voters’ expectations.

Mr.Dallaire has agreed to send an email to our members containing his predictions one day before the provincial elections on October 1.

Sébastien Dallaire is the President of Ipsos Québec, Canada’s largest public opinion research firm. Through his 20 years of distinguished experience teaching and conducting public opinion research, Mr. Dallaire has become a highly respected and sought-after polling specialist.

In addition to his regular appearances on national and provincial media outlets as a polling analyst and commentator, he has been involved in designing, conducting and analyzing hundreds of research projects for prestigious Canadian clients in the private and public sectors.

Sébastien also manages the team involved in all political polling in Quebec, including its partnership with La Presse.
