Meditation refers to a broad variety of practices that include techniques designed to promote relaxation, build internal energy and develop compassion, love, patience and forgiveness.

Elizaveta SolomonovaMs. Solomonova is a Ph.D. Candidate and lecturer at the Université de Montrél. Her research currently involves combining sleep/dream science with studies of meditation. She will present some of the results of her own research on this subject.
